We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in the development of ground-mounted photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects, from the design phase through to obtaining the necessary permits to launch construction of the projects and\/or in land use planning (real estate, energy). <\/em><em>Are you passionate about renewable energies, and photovoltaics in particular? EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER GROUND-MOUNTED PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVELOPMENT (M\/F) BASED IN MONTPELLIER (34)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Based in Montpellier, you will work as part of the Sunti development team and report directly to the Development Manager.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying, qualifying and prospecting new projects in line with the development strategy in order to add to the project portfolio,<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up technical and economic offers in line with the characteristics of the sites and the expectations of the owners,<\/li>\n<li>Meeting landowners, conducting land negotiations, overseeing the drafting and signing of land deeds,<\/li>\n<li>Carry out long-term consultation with all local stakeholders (local authorities, residents, public institutions, etc.) and government departments,<\/li>\n<li>Managing the design and development of a portfolio of projects (identifying assets and challenges, designing projects tailored to local expectations, supervising the completion and reporting of feasibility studies carried out by service providers, drawing up and monitoring a detailed project plan including deadlines, milestones and deliverables, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>Preparing building permit applications,<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the efficient management of all administrative procedures within the set deadlines,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the design of coherent agrivoltaic solar projects for the region,<\/li>\n<li>Representing the Company in dealings with external contacts (customers, elected representatives, local residents, operators, owners, trade fairs, unions, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>At Sunti, project managers can retain control of their projects from the identification of sites to the start of construction of the photovoltaic farms!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years' higher education, from a business, engineering or regional planning school, preferably specialising in renewable energies, the environment, agronomy or project management, with at least 3 years' experience in project management, ideally in the renewable energies and\/or property sectors,<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and oral and written expression,<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English,<\/li>\n<li>Driving licence required,<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the Office pack (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), knowledge of cartography (Qgis),<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the issues involved in photovoltaic projects and sensitivity to the problems of energy transition,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the agricultural world appreciated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rigour, autonomy and a sense of initiative in the field,<\/li>\n<li>Tenacity, dynamism and commitment, ability to manage several projects at the same time,<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and dialogue skills, to respond to the issues of prospects and stakeholders, while safeguarding the company's interests,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to listen, analyse and summarise,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to approach a project from a technical angle, with the support of a Technical Department during the project design phase,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Adaptability, versatility and dynamism are qualities sought after in all the positions held within the Company.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open-ended contract<\/li>\n<li>Based in Montpellier,<\/li>\n<li>Position available immediately,<\/li>\n<li>Travel required,<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration: fixed salary + attractive variable,<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable mobility package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to apply :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV and covering letter<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[],"class_list":["post-1025","offre_emploi","type-offre_emploi","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
