MGH Energy<\/strong> is a company specialising in fuel production project development<\/strong> durables for sectors that are difficult to decarbonise, particularly aviation and maritime transport.<\/p>\n

The company develops and structures industrial projects for the production of low-carbon e-fuels and synthetic fuels. Its role includes identifying opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, structuring partnerships, financing, and overseeing the development and operational execution of projects up to their commissioning.<\/p>\n

MGH Energy<\/strong> currently runs several projects in France and internationally, notably in Morocco, Indonesia and Australia.<\/p>\n

MGH Energy<\/strong> is a subsidiary of the SOPER group, founded by Jean-Michel Germa, a pioneer of onshore and offshore wind power in France and Morocco, and founder of La Compagnie du Vent.<\/p>\n

In a context of international growth and development, we are looking for an apprentice to join the International Development team and contribute to the identification, analysis, and structuring of new strategic projects and partnerships.<\/p>\n

MISSION\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n


\nWorking in support of the International Project Manager, the apprentice will be involved in the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Project development support<\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Participate in the monitoring of ongoing projects and the preparation of coordination meetings.<\/li>\n
  • To contribute to identifying blocking points and to the search for solutions.<\/li>\n
  • To assist with coordinating exchanges with external partners.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in monitoring actions and preparing reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Market analyses and country studies<\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Carry out preliminary feasibility analyses on new geographical areas.<\/li>\n
    • Contributing to country studies: e-fuels potential, renewable energy resource availability and production inputs (biogenic CO2, water\u2026), regulatory framework, infrastructure and risks.<\/li>\n
    • Carry out market intelligence on energy markets, public policies and development opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Business Development and Partnerships<\/u><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Participate in the identification and qualification of technical, industrial, financial, and institutional partners.<\/li>\n
      • Contribute to the monitoring of prospects and partners.<\/li>\n
      • Participate in the preparation of professional events and trade shows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Deliverable production<\/u><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, analytical notes, and decision support materials.<\/li>\n
        • Participate in the drafting of grant applications and tenders.<\/li>\n
        • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals.<\/li>\n
        • Carry out a sector-specific press review (weekly frequency).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Information Management<\/u><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Ensure the CRM is updated.<\/li>\n
          • Contributing to the structuring and sharing of project information.<\/li>\n
          • Participate in sector watch on e-fuels projects, markets, and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

             <\/p>\n

            PROFILE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Student undertaking a Master's degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent), with a specialisation in energy, strategy, industry or project development.<\/li>\n
            • Strong interest in e-fuels, renewable energy sources, as well as the aviation and maritime sectors.<\/li>\n
            • Good analytical, synthesis and structuring skills.<\/li>\n
            • Rigor, autonomy, and initiative.<\/li>\n
            • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel), with knowledge of QGIS appreciated.<\/li>\n
            • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
