PRIVACY POLICY

SOPER provides the following register, which aims to identify all the databases hosted on its servers, as well as the type of data collected, stored, how long it is kept and how it is updated.

3 separate databases

  • Marketing" and "Sales" database, containing copies and reprocessing of data from sales prospecting / CRM (on the cloud): email exchanges, contact details, company information, etc.
  • Prospects" database: storage of energy consumption data and invoices, which are mainly collected by sales staff and partly on the website (if the simulator is used).
  • Communication" database where lists of recipients for emailings and newsletters are stored, with email addresses collected manually online.

Retention/updating period for personal data collected

When a form is submitted on the site, the data is kept for a period of five years after the last update involving the explicit consent of the user.

Confidentiality of personal data

The personal data collected is intended solely for SOPER and will only be used in connection with the actual submission of a form on the site.

This data will never be sold to third parties, hired out or passed on, except in the following cases:
- Insults and/or comments that undermine public order or morality.
- Criminal proceedings brought against you: data may be transmitted at the request of the courts.

Security and storage of personal data

The data is stored on the servers of the hosting company OVH, whose contact details are given at the top of this page. These servers are located in mainland France, within the European Union. There will therefore be no transfer of personal data to a country that is not a member of the European Community.

All pages on the site are secured using an SSL certificate (HTTPS protocol, TLS 1.2). This is a protocol used to encrypt (secure) the content of exchanges between the website visitor's browser and the servers hosting the website. This prevents personal data transmitted after a form has been submitted from being easily read by third parties. Please note: no data transmission or storage is ever totally secure. We cannot therefore guarantee the infallible security of information transmitted or stored on the hosting servers.

SOPER has set up a procedure for notifying the CNIL and the partners concerned of any crisis, intrusion, threat or any other event likely to undermine the integrity and security of the data collected, processed and hosted by the company's servers.

Right of access, rectification or deletion of personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and with the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify and delete any personal data concerning you. You can exercise this right by using the contact form on the website or by sending us an e-mail to info[at]sunti.fr.
