Committing to a sustainable world for tomorrow
Soper is the group's holding company. It manages around €300 million of assets on its own behalf. Soper brings together all the group's general services - administration, accounting, communication and marketing, general services, HR - to meet the needs of its subsidiaries.
The Finance & Investments division is responsible for the Soper Group's investments, particularly in property (via its subsidiary ENRh), on the financial markets (equities and bonds) and in non-listed investments (direct holdings and private equity funds via its subsidiary Soper Invest), as well as all financing operations for its subsidiaries.
Industrial activities
On the road to low-carbon transport
Dedicated to the decarbonisation of maritime and air transport, MGH Energie is developing projects for the production of renewable synthetic fuels in France and abroad. These fuels, also known as e-fuels, are intended to replace fossil fuels such as methanol, paraffin, diesel, petrol, LPG, etc.
Morocco produces e-fuels
MGH Energy Maroc, a subsidiary of MGH Energy, was founded in 2023 by Jean-Michel Germa, Chairman of Soper, and Driss Benhima, Director of Nataeej and former Moroccan Minister of Energy and Transport and Wali of Greater Casablanca. The aim of this company is to help Morocco become a key player in the energy transition. As part of the Morocco Hydrogen Offer, MGH Energy Maroc is in charge of the ambitious Janassim project to develop, build and operate a plant to produce renewable synthetic fuels in the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region.

Sunti is well aware of the energy challenges facing the world, and is promoting the use of solar energy to build a world that is low-carbon, more competitive and more sustainable. Sunti specialises in photovoltaics, and develops, finances, builds and operates high added-value power and heating plants: production and supply of electricity and solar heat for industry and local authorities, rehabilitation of brownfield sites, optimisation of agricultural activities and diversification of farms through agrivoltaic solutions, implementation and management of local community projects, etc.
